These truffles are made from white chocolate and Japanese green tea powder or Maccha. I
purchased mine online. It wasn't cheap but a little goes a long way. It only takes two
teaspoons to create 15 mouth watering truffles.

Ingredients 250g (1 cup) white chocolate 2 teaspoons green tea powder 60ml (4 tbsps) double cream 2 tbsp water 1 teaspoon green tea and icing sugar for dipping |
Place the white chocolate in a metal or glass bowl and place that over a small pan of simmering
water. Allow the chocolate to melt and then whisk in the remaining ingredients. If the
mixture looks very 'fatty' and separated add a little more water as necessary. Place the mixture in the fridge for two hours or more to firm up. |

When the mixture is firm roll the truffle mixture into balls and dip in a mixture of icing sugar and green tea. Serve these straight from the fridge. | ![]() |
