Mushroom gallette with porcini mushroom reduction sauce



Serves 6, gluten free with GF flour

Assorted Mushrooms pan-fried with onions, butter, garlic and white wine. Served on a potato gallette on a salad of spinach dressed with a blue cheese dressing. Finished with a porcini mushroom and madeira sauce.

The sauce on this dish is amazing. Making it is quite a lengthy process but the results are worth the hard graft. You can use any mushrooms you wish from wild picked mushrooms to a supermarket selection -anything will taste great when cooked this way.
